What you’ll do in the role:

• Completion of advertising presentations on a face to face basis with our clients customer base
• Manage customer contacts on a face to face basis at our various pop up events within retail settings in line with compliance guidelines
• Set up our clients branded events in various venues across the Chicago region
• Signing up new customers as required
• Carry out administrative and other related duties as required
• Complete sales transactions as needed within a target driven environment
• Provide excellent customer service and promote our clients brand, products and services
• Documenting customer information as required

What you need to have to be a successful Advertising Assistant.

You don’t need advertising, PR, customer service or sales knowledge as our training program will get you up to speed. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to have a buzz for talking to customers and provide a good experience even under difficult circumstances.

Essential

• Excellent student mentality with a desire to learn
• Full authorization to work within the USA
• The ability to commute to our office in Chicago, IL
• Excellent attention to detail
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Desirable

• Experience working in a retail, sales, customer service or hospitality role
