As an Advanced Practice Provider in Family Medicine you’ll work with 4 Physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers to provide top-notch care and patient experience. Throughout the day you’ll collaborate with several Medical Assistants, and PSRs.

• Your hours will be Mon-Fri 7:00am-5:00pmShared Practice Phone Call
• You would practice at Platte Valley Medical Group, in Brighton, Colorado

Your experience.

• Candidates with five (5) years plus experience in a continuity setting as a provider, required.
• Ability to work extended hours, and weekends if needed
• Continuity clinic, with the ability to see acute patients
