NaphCare is hiring a strong Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) - Part-Time 24 hours/weekend (2 x 12 hrs/weekend) to join our team at the Pueblo County Detention Center located in Pueblo, CO.

Position Description:

  • Evaluate patients who have returned from off-site treatment
  • Active, unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner in Colorado required
  • Identify patient health conditions and prescribe treatment based on diagnosis
  • Schedule and perform laboratory and diagnostic procedures
  • Conduct rounds
  • 1 year of experience highly preferred
  • Formulate a working diagnosis, develop and implement treatment plans
  • Obtain history and perform a physical examination to determine patient health status
  • Provide direct and indirect medical care to meet the physiological, psychological and emotional needs of the patients
  • Admit and discharge patients from all units in the facility

Pay Range: $55 - $59 / hr
