Admissions Guest Center Coordinator

Uses Bethel University’s Goals to center on Jesus, grow enrollment/expand Kingdom impact as well as enhance student experience. Admissions Guest Center Coordinator greets prospective students, families and guests who visit or phone the office, personally taking action to assist them. Coordinates and executes on-campus visits for prospective students and their parents, serving as a liaison for daily visitors, faculty, coaches, staff and others in the Admissions Office.

• Individual must be detail oriented with demonstrated organizational ability and strong oral and written communication.
• Hires and supervises ambassador tour guide team and dorm showrooms.
• Manages Front Desk Student Workers and assists in hiring and training.
• Coordinates tours for various on campus visits and events, as well as requests from other departments.
• Must be able to use Google Platform, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office, and Internet applications.
• Serves as the first point of contact for day of event coordination in the Admissions Guest Center.
• Individual is expected to interact in a professional and confidential manner with all faculty, staff and students and maintain confidentiality of department information, strong people skills are a must.
• Serves as a member of the Campus Visit Team. Working collaboratively with Campus Visit Experience Manager to assist in coordinating visit experiences for prospective students and families.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Executes the logistics for prospective students and their families from Campus Visit Experience Manager.
• Manages all first impressions for guests in the CAS Admissions Guest Center, ensuring that our prospective students and families have an impactful event experience.
• Answers phones and in person inquiries at Admissions Guest Center with exceptional guest service.

1+ years of related administration experience. Prior experience in an educational organization is desired.

Bachelor's degree required.

• Must be able to multitask on computers and phones.
• Occasional evening and weekend hours may be necessary
• Working in often fast paced environment
