Essential Job Functions (RESPONSIBLE TO)**

You have strong written & verbal communication skills including top-notch grammar, spelling & punctuation within a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

Assist guests with a variety of transactions through a seamless and friendly experience.

Commitment and discipline working in a hybrid location, remote as well as dedicated workspace at HQ.

Ensure the security and privacy of guest information through education, compliance, and resolution of issues.

You have 2+ years’ experience handling guest issue resolution

You are organized and have a good working knowledge of Excel, Microsoft, Word, and social media

Experience processing payroll or operations.

Experience with ABI Mastermind is preferred.

Associate’s degree or equivalent customer service experience

Knowledge of mobile apps, connected devices, digital TV technology, and online retail practices

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

Proficiency with Google Suite and demonstrated competency in learning new software

Capability of crafting consumer-facing communications in an adept way to resolve issues and maintain a consistent brand voice

Ability to think strategically, assess opportunities, and provide creative solutions to complex problems while remaining flexible and adaptable

Enters information into the association data management system.

Generates reports from the data management system.

Organize and schedule meetings for the association. Maintain the calendar and have knowledge of events going on within the meeting space.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.

Maintains the visitor logbook, creates reports, and prints guest badges.

Assists in interdepartmental communication regarding meetings and use of meeting spaces at the association.

Minimum of 2 years progressively more responsible experience in customer service, hospitality, or healthcare setting.

Previous experience working with people in extremely stressful situations, including death, end of life care and grief.

Tuition Reimbursement after 1 year of service.
