Progressions Rehabilitation offers residential care and rehabilitation support to adults with Traumatic Brain Injuries at several locations throughout Macomb and Oakland counties. Our mission is to provide a comprehensive program of rehabilitation to support and promote the quality of life for the people we serve!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Other duties, as needed
• Conducts tours of Progressions to potential admits
• Maintains relationships with referral sources
• Creates new referral sources, and educates on company services
• Attends conferences, events and other educational opportunities, as appropriate
• Screens, evaluates and admits persons served to program
• Maintains and updates admissions guidelines

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and other computer applications as required
• Experience in the human services, healthcare, marking or admissions strongly preferred
• Customer service focused with strong communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Self-started, with strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Valid State of Michigan Driver's License and current auto insurance
