Admissions Coordinator

(12-month position)

The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for the oversight of the student recruitment and admissions process in its entirety.

Qualifications:

• Experience with neurodiversity and those who identify as neurodivergent.
• A Master's degree in special education, social work, psychology, counseling, or another related field is preferred.
• Team-oriented experience and approach.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills; proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Five or more years of relevant experience.
• Flexibility to work from all Spectrum360 office locations.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and implement a data-driven system to actively recruit students.
• Provide a monthly report to Senior Management about relevant admissions-related data, including referrals, admissions, and discharges.
• Conduct campus tours and other recruitment events with prospective families and referral sources.
• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students, their families, and other referral sources, and respond to inquiries in a timely fashion.
• Act as liaison between Spectrum360, sending school districts, and other referral sources.
• Actively support the campuses when the volume of referrals is lower.
• Establish and utilize a streamlined, consistent admissions and baseline screening process across all campuses.
• Represent Spectrum360 at community events.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement an admissions/enrollment plan.
• Meet quarterly recruitment goals.

• Comply with all policies and procedures of Spectrum360.

• Accurately complete all necessary reports for the management of programs in accordance with the law, administrative code, and Spectrum360 policies.

• Follow the recommendations of the Executive Director/CEO and Principal.
