Admissions And Communications Associate

What the Position Entails Generally

●Coordinate and lead campus tours with inquiring and prospective families

●Ensure inquiring students progress steadily through the admission process:

inquire, campus tour, application, interview, decision, acceptances/ rejection

communication, follow up.

●Help Dean of Enrollment facilitate admissions events (shadow days, open house, etc)

●Collaborate with school administrators to move the admission process forward

●Explore potential admissions opportunities; funnel prospective; develop external admission partners

●Develop and implement admission marketing strategies, together with the Dean of Enrollment

●Manage school’s social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube channel) for the purpose of school promotion and marketing

●Ability to balance multiple priorities in a complex environment

●Excellent judgment, discretion, attention to detail and commitment to excellence

●Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and ability to listen deeply
