Endicott's Admission Office is seeking an Admission Counselor to join their dynamic and dedicated team. This role is responsible for recruiting prospective students and evaluating applications within a comprehensive and selective undergraduate admission process. If you have an appreciation for the value of applied learning with the context of a liberal arts education, as an integral part of the academic experience, this is the job for you! This is a full-time, benefitted, 12-month position that includes medical, dental, retirement and tuition benefits for you and your family. Key responsibilities of the position include:

• Corresponding with prospective students and their families;
• Manage the evaluation and selection of students seeking admission to the College from an assigned territory;
• Make recommendations for scholarships and grants on the basis of academic achievement, character and financial need;
• Maintaining relationships with secondary school counselors;
• Serve as a liaison with campus partners.
• Representing Endicott College to a wide and diverse audience in high schools and at college fair programs (7 to 9 weeks of fall travel and 3 to 5 weeks of spring travel are expected);
• Conduct information sessions and interviews on and off-campus to communicate the value of an Endicott education to prospective students and their families;
• Organizing various admission activities; including information sessions, interviews, and campus tours;

Qualifications include:

• Energetic, enthusiastic, flexible, and enjoy travel (including evening and weekend assignments when necessary);
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to articulate the value of a private, liberal arts and applied learning education;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and as a part of a team;
• Exceptional written, oral, organizational and problem-solving skills;
• Strong initiative, management and leadership skills.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Experience with admission software programs (Slate preferred);
