Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our organization and ensuring smooth daily operations. The Administrator will perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate efficient operation of the organization and should be a proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office events and manage office supplies inventory.
  • Provide administrative support to the management and other staff members as needed.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain office records and ensure accurate record-keeping.


Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proven experience as an administrator or similar administrative role.
