Job Summary:


On any given day, you may be called on to:


  • Perform administrative support tasks for the Microsystems Engineering, Science & Applications (MESA) Comprehensive Operational Resource Environment (ERP), an Oracle implementation project.
  • Support multiple managers and team members to best organize, plan and coordinate project discussions, decisions and deliverables.
  • Will include assistance in implementing and administering customer's policies and programs, interpretation, and administrative assistance on a wide variety of procedures.
  • Will require review and analysis of project discussion and decision sequencing, prioritization and disposition.
  • Will utilize common office software and proprietary software to compile and generate reports, timelines and tables.

Minimum Qualifications (Required):


  • Excellent oral and written skills, including proofreading, grammar, spelling, punctuation, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively work in a team environment and interact with all levels of internal and external personnel.
  • Knowledge of and experience with general administrative services and activities.
  • Knowledge of and experience with common office software.
  • Ability to model behaviors that reflect customer's core values.
  • Ability to obtain a DOE Q-Level security clearance.
