Administrative Staff - Rhrp

Attention all administrative staff, we are calling on you to help us provide assistants for dental exams, treatment, and X-rays to our Military Service members. We will primarily work weekends, with some occasional weekdays in the State of Kentucky. We are in full preparation mode for our new services under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP).

• Provide additional admin support as necessary.
• Reliable, professional, and courteous demeanor
• Great interpersonal skills
• Must have weekend availability
• Possess reliable transportation, have a clean driving record and current automobile insurance that provides comprehensive and liability coverage.
• Complete event set up, take down and maintenance.
• Proficient with computer programs including Microsoft Office
• Handle patient check-in and check-out.
• Experience working with computers
• Experience in customer service
• Greet patients.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
• Experience with administrative functions
