The Opportunity:
Salary range $80,000-95,000/year. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Required Credentials:
Consor is seeking a highly organized and personable professional to fill the role of an in-office Administrative Manager in our Portland, Oregon office. The ideal candidate will support and delegate to a team of 3-4 administrative professionals to ensure all administrative functions run smoothly for our Oregon Southwest Washington (ORSWW) regional offices.
Salary range $80,000-95,000/year.
- Ensure offices are stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
- Provide support during office moves and new office setups activities.
- Responsible for maintaining efficiency, integrity, and compliance in the areas of expense management, company policies, procedures, process, procurement, and administrative business support at all levels.
- Oversee special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
- Support other office activities (recycling, event planning, etc.).
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, and tradespersons.
- Hire, train, and support administrative team members and taking corrective action when necessary.
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information with the company to facilitate other business operations.
- Support fleet maintenance and deliveries, as requested.
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the administrative team members supporting a diverse group of clients prioritizing customer service.
Required Credentials:
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Pro)
- Self-sufficient with strong customer service practices
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 5 Years of experience in administrative support field
- Associates Degree, Bachelors degree in business field preferred
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
- Notary Public or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment
- Experience in Deltek Vision, Microsoft Project is beneficial
