As an Administrative Fellow, you will focus on issues related to the functioning of a complex health care system, and the management of large and diverse issues and functions such as corporate structure, capital finance, and system-wide strategic planning. You will have an opportunity to use your excellent collaboration and communication skills to help manage relations between member institutions. You will be assigned discrete projects to develop your leadership and decision-making skills. In addition to project work, you will attend Senior Management and Board meetings, and be assigned to various members of the senior management team throughout the year, based on the Fellow’s goals and interests.

• Video conference interviews (Zoom/Teams): Thursday, September 14 – Monday, September 18, 2023
• Selection date: End of September- 2023
• All application deadline - All materials due Friday, September 1, 2023 at 11:59pm EST
• Start date: June/July 2024
• Finalists interview dates: Tuesday, September 26 (health system tour), Wednesday, September 27, 2023 (full-day interview in person)

Experience:
Prior experience in health care preferred.

Education: Interested applicants must have a completed degree in:

• Health Administration (MHA)
• Nursing (MSN)
• A health or business-related field from an accredited graduate program
• Public Health (MPH)
• Business Administrative (MBA)
