We are seeking an ambitious, experienced Administrative Coordinator for our Construction manufacturing operations located in Cullman, Alabama.


Job duties include


  • Other duties as assigned
  • Support daily activities and administrative duties (event planning, customer visits, communication, employee information, etc.)
  • Recording pertinent documents related to plant purchases, PO's, PRP's and tracking
  • Maintaining and supervising the use of company credit cards.
  • Assist with coordinating travel for plant personnel when needed
  • Support LEAN activities and maintain local ideas management program
  • Data entry into REHAU’s Data Systems (suggestion program, plant results, etc.)
  • Assist and/or lead meetings and workshops in the plant
  • Coordinate with local HR on employee topics and build on and improve trust with employees
  • Coordinate, track, and drive project work in the plant to reach strategic goals
  • Assist local management with daily duties and routine
  • Order supplies for the office.
  • Support managers with critiquing important documents and reports generated


Individual tasks include


  • Prepare for customer visits
  • Prepare employee presentations and inform managers of same
  • Assist Plant Management in creating reports and PowerPoint presentations
  • Organize review folder for Action items due
  • Track the use of assigned company expenses and prepare monthly reports as required


Education & Experience


  • HSD ir GED required
  • Able to maintain confidentiality
  • First work experience in manufacturing environment with solid understanding of technical processes preferred
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Empathic person with team working mentality and networking skills
