Overview


Schedule: 8:30am-5pm


Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Senior Administrative Assistant provides an advanced level of administrative support to various executives with complex organizational responsibilities, including heavy calendar management, scheduling travel and arranging meetings. The level of support requires a good understanding of the executives' organization, along with the business knowledge to communicate and work effectively with the executive's organization and clients. Continued support for recruitment, onboarding, and credentialing efforts by the division.


Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: 3+ year's professional office experience required. Advanced secretarial and administrative experience required. Meeting and event planning support preferred.


Education/Licensure/Certification: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Bachelor's preferred.


Pay Scale Information


USD $44,304.00 - USD $76,544.00

The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
