Job Description

The Choice, Inc. is facilitating an exciting new search for an Administrative Assistant for our client, a major cultural and educational institution. This is a contract opportunity for approximately 8 months. This position follows a hybrid schedule in Downtown DC.

What we are seeking:

  • At least two years of administrative support experience, previous experience with an educational institution, museum, or nonprofit preferred
  • Experience using Concur preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities include:

  • Administrative support for the procurement team
  • Meeting scheduling assistance
  • Travel preparation
  • Filing, copies, scanning, form completion, and other administrative tasks
  • Basic data entry into various databases
  • General office administrative tasks such as greeting visitors, collecting the mail each day and delivering to staff mailboxes, signing for deliveries, and answering the phone.

Must be able to work hybrid in-office schedule in downtown DC. Full Covid-19 vaccination is required.
