HS or GED and two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Position Description:
Serve as administrative support for the AVP for Facilities Management and Directors in scheduling meetings, performing follow ups, typing minutes, creating correspondence, agenda, spreadsheets, presentations, assist with procurement and data entry. Create, maintain, research and update reports with data. Arrange, organize, and schedule meetings, conference, teleconferences, travel, and registrations for department. Maintain calendar and schedule for AVP for Facilities. Coordinate meetings and develop agenda and type memos and minutes from meetings. Handle follow up on outstanding issues. Create spreadsheets, announcements, and presentations. Process incoming/outgoing office correspondence. Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information and updating data. Assist in purchases, requisitions, and payment requests. Assist in data entry.
