Job Description

Are you looking to join a highly reputable major American airline? Our top client is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant III to join their team!


This role will provide support to the Learning Technology team. The role will primarily focus on configuring, testing, and setting up LMS and related systems. This role will serve as the talent management technology team's central point of contact for updating LMS, Credly, and other systems.


Other responsibilities will include system support and troubleshooting, building instructor-led training and sessions, and consulting support.

  • Test the new systems, setup, configure, and document
  • Support the learning management team in testing new systems (Learning experience platform, video content management system, resource scheduling system, external content (Pluralsight), etc. This work will be executed by conducting specific use case testing provided by the team
  • Based on new content or configuration release, serves as a central point of contact for the new systems
  • Work with the learning consultants by communicating with enterprise training leads as needed
  • Training rollouts for AO and another ad hoc training as required
  • Provide end-to-end system support for Learning Management and associated systems.
  • Test and review newly designed e-learning lessons from enterprise designers against a standard checklist
  • Ensure that each lesson works on the United enterprise operating system and browsers and appropriately passes SCORM details to the e-learning management system.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience with HR Systems, including (LMS, HRIS, talent acquisition systems, or ITMS)
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
  • Systems analysis and evaluation
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Bachelors degree
  • Knowledge of enterprise learning management systems and/or Learning experience platform
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong written communication


Preferred:

  • Knowledge of development tools and SCORM
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Technology, and Education.
  • Experience with Cornerstone on Demand (CSOD) learning management system
