Start Up Administrative Assistant & Data Entry Clerk.
Starting Pay Rate:
$18 - $22 Per Hour DOE, Full-time or Part-time
Job Requirements:
·Self-starter and Team player
·Comfortable working with diverse teams
·Sound Computer data entry capabilities
·Proficient in Microsoft Excel, MS Office Products, and Google Suite
Job Responsibilities:
Follow all company policies and procedures, ensure clean and respectful appearance, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Speak with others using clear and professional language, prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, and answer emails using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 20 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
- Provide administrative support.
- Organize existing data in a spreadsheet.
- Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database.
- Input text-based and numerical information from source documents.
- Search for and investigate information contained in files.
- Update customer information in a database.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors.
- Operate common office equipment, like scanners and printers.
- Sort and organize hard copies of paperwork after entering data electronically.
