Data Entry Clerk Jobs

LHH Recruitment is supporting a company in Mesa who is in search of a full time data entry clerk to support their Accounts Payable department. This role is fully in office, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Starting pay is between $19/hr-$21/hr DOE.
Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and update financial data, including invoices, payments, and other relevant information.
• Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to resolve discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in generating and reviewing reports related to Accounts Payable activities.
• Verify and match invoices to purchase orders and other supporting documents.
• Maintain records of all financial transactions in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
• Previous experience in data entry, especially within an Accounts Payable environment, is preferred.
• Proficiency in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 PER HOUR
