Job Description

MH7, Medical Housecalls 7 has been delivering mobile medical care to geriatric patients in the valley for almost 13 years to elderly patients who cannot access primary care because they experience barriers in navigating or access medical care. We are committed to providing excellent customer service, emphasizing that the manner in which we deliver information to the patient is key.


How is MH7 different from other companies?


We have been in business for almost 13 years while other "big" or "bigger" medical practices have closed their doors or laid off staff. We have NEVER had to lay off staff due to budget! We have NEVER left any of our staff without their paycheck! MH7 offers you a job and a career. Most of our medical assistants have moved on to become Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants. The possibilities and job advancement here are endless.


MH7 is hiring for the following positions:


  • Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Associate
  • Medical Assistant (certification required)
  • Receptionist/Back Office


Even though MH7 is a mobile medical practice that services all of Maricopa County, our administrative staff and medical assistants do not see patients in person. Instead, staff helps answer incoming calls inside our Midtown Phoenix office (near Pointe Squaw Peak) from Monday-Friday during normal business hours.


  • This is not a remote position. Staff will be trained or assigned a specific task or role.


As a customer service associate, you will assist in answering phone calls and directing patients to the appropriate person, you may assist in ordering records and assist with sending messages to the provider (who is off-site), as well as other tasks all under the guidance of the office administrator.


Job Requirements:


We are looking for professional people who want to be part of a growing organization. The ideal person(s) will be patient, eager to learn and compassionate. A great attitude is key; we can teach skill but we can not teach attitude.


  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • No drama attitude
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required
  • Reliable ( we must check references)
  • Professional
  • Previous clinical experience is preferred.
  • Be able to work without being micromanaged.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced environment
