The following duties in North America and Mexico (Administrative Manager)
(Business Administration Assistant)
Cost accounting practice, management accounting, accounting system support
Support for financial accounting, taxation, budgeting, budget management, management analysis/annual planning
Support for annual Business forecast, monthly/quarterly/year-end financial closure
Support for subsidiary and affiliate management
Audit support
General affairs such as dealing with business travelers from Japan and General affairs such as crisis management
Support for HR-related operations for local staffs and expatriates
Support for; promotion of M&/ mergers/alliances, formulation of business strategies and mid-term management plans and new business planning and execution
Compilation of research information such as competitive analysis and market research
Liaison contact with the head office in Japan regarding the above items, preparation of reports and related support
From Atlanta, USA, you will be involved in the management and business support of group companies and general business development in North America.
Qualification requirements

Over 10 years of core business experience (accounting, legal affairs, planning, cost control, etc.)
Practical experience at an operating company such as business improvement
Work experience in English
Long-term employment in North America
TOEIC score of 900 or higher
