About The Role


The Legal Assistant provides administrative support to the Legal department, specifically in real estate matters. You will be responsible for performing administrative and clerical tasks necessary to accomplish organization and department goals.


What You’ll Do


  • Collaborate with individual department, as well as cross-functionally with other departments within the organization
  • Ability to demonstrate strong customer service in all internal and external interactions
  • Demonstrates the Clēnera Core Values of Caring, Committed, and Courageous
  • Maintain organizational excellence in terms of project timelines and deliverables
  • Maintain detailed and organized files for effective document management
  • Develop and process a variety of documents using applicable software, such as mailings, forms, letters, presentations, meeting minutes, and reports
  • Provide daily support to team members including complex and dynamic calendar management for internal and external meetings, word processing, and coordinating lengthy and complex document preparation
  • Assist with contracts, create supporting documents, as well as format, proofread, and edit documents
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Responsible for typing and modifying legal documents accurately and within requested timeframes for the Legal department, prioritizing work among assignments and meeting specific deadlines on projects.


Requirements
  • Experience in real estate matters is a plus
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including word processing and proofreading skills
  • Committed team player with the ability to develop and maintain productive work relationships
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role or related
  • Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and an ability to learn company-specific software programs, tools, processes, and machines.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
  • Self-motivated with the ability to effectively complete and prioritize multiple deadlines or projects
