UW Recreation has an outstanding opportunity for a Temporary Part Time Acupuncturist.
UW Recreation is a department within the Division of Student Life. We provide safe, accessible, and dynamic recreation experiences to engage students in growth and wellbeing. UW Recreation serves over one million students, faculty, and staff each academic year through informal and formal recreation, including fitness and sports classes, intramural and club sports, outdoor education, mindfulness programs, and more.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the supervision of the Fitness Manager, the Acupuncturist is responsible for providing Acupuncture services to UW Recreation patrons. Examples of duties include: 50% developing and implementing specific acupuncture plans that are in accordance with their training and client needs, 30% providing excellent customer service, 10% managing risk, and 10% responding to emergency situations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
At least one year of Acupuncture experience
Active WA State Acupuncture License
Earn and maintain certification in First Aid, CPR, & AED
