Position Type: Full Time, Entry-Level

Hourly Pay Range: $20.00-23.00 Negotiable, based on experience.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM

Kustom US has an IMMEDIATE need for a General Laborer in our Northwest Region! In this very physical position, you will be responsible for performing tasks ranging from loading and delivering materials to light demolition and cleaning services. Core Responsibilities

• Conduct water/flood and contents cleaning duties as assigned.
• Set up & break down ladders, scaffolding, equipment/supplies, and other temporary structures.
• Perform light repairs, demolition, & general cleaning as needed.
• Load & deliver materials using a variety of tools and machines.
• Fill in where the business need is greatest.
• Proactively communicate job site conditions and concerns that may impact job completion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience working in a labor-intensive industry preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs, as well as stoop, bend, sit, stand, and walk.
• Willingness to be flexible based on business needs.
• Must be able to withstand extreme heat/cold and humid weather
