Job Description

A property management company in Short Hills is seeking an Accounts Receivable/Customer Service Specialist. This is a Direct Hire, full-time position. The hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm OR 9 am to 5:00 pm with a 30 minute lunch.


Annual Salary of $42,000 to $45,000


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • At direction of supervisor facilities resolution of tenant issues pertaining to leases and rent payments.
  • Submit delinquent accounts to attorney.
  • Make collection calls on outstanding balances.
  • Provide customer service to tenants.
  • Accurately recording and maintaining tenant database.
  • Performs variety of bookkeeping duties including but not limited to posting of rent payments received, preparing correspondence/emails to tenants etc.
