Job Posting Title
- A comprehensive Benefit Package with a generous benefit allowance to offset the cost of insurance premiums for employees and their eligible dependents.
- Generous leave including 15 days of vacation, 15 days of sick leave and 11 paid holidays annually.
- Full-time 40-hour work weeks.
- Salary up to: up to $50,000 based on education and experience
- Support the Agency Business Services (ABS) Team
- Reviews P-Card transactions for accuracy; editing as needed
- Assists in resolving invoice and travel issues
- Processes invoices for payment
- Verifies accounting data ensuring proper accounting procedures are followed
- Process employee withholding claims
- Ensures accurate data entry*
- Researches and reviews Purchase Orders and contracts for payment terms and conditions
- Maintains payment files in proper order and ensure payments are being completed*
- Denotes Essential Function
- Other duties as assigned
- Verifies accounting data ensuring proper accounting procedures are followed*
- A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, or a closely related field, or equivalent and;
- One (1) year of clerical, bookkeeping, or accounting experience
- A combination of education and experience, substituting one year of experience for each year of the required degree.
- Experience with PeopleSoft or other ERP systems
