Accounting Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Standardize and maintain a system of accounting records and techniques
• Manage financial statements, balance sheet, and income statement accounts
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
• Create and implement procedures to increase efficiency
• Set controls and budgets to mitigate risk and increase return on investments
• Oversee and coordinate all financial activities and staff, including AP & AR, Payroll

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• 6+ years accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• 2+ years supervising accounting staff
