Accounting Manager Jobs

As the Accounting Manager you will play a crucial role in managing the finances for our project-based operation as well as regular collaboration with our CPA.

Day to Day RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare, review, and analyze balance sheet accounts and bank reconciliations
• Perform the monthly financial statement close and consolidation process.
• Provide financial information and analysis within the business
• Balance vendor and cash accounts
• Prepare sales & use tax returns and required business reports
• Oversee on a daily basis and perform with the team essential functions related to oversight of project costing and all company accounting functions using Quickbooks.
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls, such as just-in-time job cost management, accounts payable, invoicing, collections, purchasing, cost control, inventory, as well as other assigned duties including Profit and Loss Statements ( P&L P & L )
• Prepare and record journal entries, reconcile general ledger and sub-ledger accounts, and other variance analysis

REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge and experience working within GAAP accounting principles and practices
• General ledger
• P & L ( P&L ) statements
