Important job functions for our new Sr. Mgr. of Investor Accounting:

• Maintaining the master fund database
• Cash reconciliation between banks
• Tracking those contributions
• Answering questions regarding investor distributions and contributions.
• Calculating equity fund distribution waterfalls
• IRR calculations on properties
