Accounting Manager 90k/year to 115k/year Hiring Immediately

Accounting Manager Responsibilities


  • Reviews acquisition/sale closing statements; prepares GAAP, Fair Value, and Tax acquisition/sale general ledger close
  • Manage a team of accountants that ensures accuracy of property rent rolls, financial reports, budgets and re-projections.
  • Generates financial reports and performs financial analysis as required
  • Reviews 3rd party property management monthly reports, annual budgets, quarterly re-projections and annual escalation true-ups


Accounting Manager Qualifications


  • 5 years Accounting experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business
  • 2+ years management supervisory experience
