Job Description
We are hiring Accounting Assistant for one of our clients in Phoenix, AZ.

  • Prepares and processes purchase orders for contract change orders and supply ordering.
  • Processes payables transactions, reviews and validates data, and compiles documentation.
  • Perform various office duties, such as: opening mail, printing invoices from email, reconciling warrant registers, organizing and maintaining accounts payable records.
  • Audits invoices, processes payments and maintains tracking logs.
  • Reviews, investigates, and requests corrections of errors in invoices.
  • Monitors payments to assure supporting documentation is complete and meets requirements and standards.
Skills Required
  • Accounting and budgeting systems Principles of record keeping and records management Business and personal computers, and spreadsheet software applications Correcting and updating financial information systems Analyzing and interpreting financial documents.
Education Required
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Experience Required
  • Experience Required: Two (2) years of experience with accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, or specialized administrative experience.
Working Hours
  • Monday Wednesday 7am 3:30pm
