Job Description
We're looking for an Accountant with QuickBooks and construction accounting experience. You'll manager our accounting department, analyzes financial records, oversee the accounting operations, invoicing, AR/AP, and including managing office staff.


Responsibilities For An Accountant


  • Invoicing and payables
  • Coordinates with the AR and AP staff
  • Prepares end of fiscal yearbook closing and reviews, compiles financial statements
  • Maintains company records related to contractors, employees, and payroll
  • Manages accounting and bookkeeping
  • Manage business banking partnerships, main point of contact for Banks
  • Prepares financial statements
  • Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations


Skills And Qualifications


  • Invoicing
  • Knowledge of AIA
  • Detail oriented
  • QuickBooks experience required
