We’re looking for an Account Manager in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The Territory is Northeastern Oklahoma and Northern Arkansas
The Opportunity:
The opportunity edit to say: The Account Manager (AM) is responsible for managing an assigned group of EXISTING customers and prospecting NEW customers to drive an increase the share of wallet (SOW) across all channels and platforms. AM’s generate demand primarily via face to face, meetings, calls, and outbound emails.
In this role you’ll:
- Maintain an accurate pipeline within the CRM tool (Salesforce)
- Manage all day-to-day business with existing customers, while increasing our SOW/total GTV with assigned accounts
- Develop assigned territory by utilizing their Playbook and executing on your Core Activity & Behaviour Script (CABS):
- Source and grow sales with the new business by building strong/lasting, personal, and professional relationships with customers; develop a strategy and plan for securing potential customers in the assigned territory
- Manage EXISTING A&B Customers
- Manage approximately16 meetings a week, 40 calls, and 60 emails
- Achieve quarterly and annual production and performance targets
- Actively support the RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: to send everyone home, every day, the way they came to work, by taking personal responsibility for your safety and safety of your team, co-workers and customers.
- Support existing relationships with customers to continue the sales growth by ensuring proper execution of sale through coordination with "Win Team" to fully service accounts, including sales support, operations, administrative, valuations, and field marketing
- Responsible for 90%+ CAB attainment (in line with current TM CABS)
- Actively support the RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: to send everyone home, every day, the way they came to work, by taking personal responsibility for your safety and safety of your team, co-workers and customers.
- Be responsible for selling all the Ritchie Bros. multi-channel solutions within the assigned territory
- Build, maintain and update Playbook frequently
- 125 -250 Target Customers (will be achieved over time as NEW A&B accounts are secured by BDM’s & transitioned to AM’s)
- Expose existing customer to channels/platforms not currently being utilized
Here’s what you bring:
- Knowledge and experience with CRM preferably Salesforce.
- 3+ years’ experience in quota-driven sales (Transportation Industry is a plus).
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
