About the job

If you’ve dreamed of a better workflow to make your studio run more smoothly, this is your chance to be part of the solution. As a Designer Liaison, you’ll draw upon your experience as an interior designer and help us build innovative and intuitive solutions to the most common, and frustrating challenges faced by interior designers, from scheduling, to procurement, to billing and client management. You’ll play a critical role in bridging the gap between the A&D industry and our software engineering and product team.

Day-to-day, you’ll host designer workshops, conduct user research, assist with product testing, and most importantly, help design new features that our users will love. You’ll be a critical link between our users and our software engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end user research
• Working closely with our users to ensure they receive the best possible onboarding experience with Programa
• Review competitor strategies and product offerings
• Provide ongoing advice and recommendations to the founders based on industry experience.
• Prioritise and order feature requests to be added to the product roadmap.
• Hosting product demonstrations and workshops with new users
• Obtain product feedback from designers and document feature requests.
• Assist with creating self-help content for users including FAQs, videos, web content, documentation, and in-app guides.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to identify research opportunities and influence product direction.

Experience

• 3+ years as an interior designer, ideally within multiple studios.
