Billing Coordinator - Vantagepoint Operator

United Staffing a leader in the staffing industry is working with a well-established and growing engineering consulting firm. We are seeking an experienced Billing Coordinator/Vantagepoint Operator.

Schedule – Monday-Thursday, flexible 36 hours and Friday, 8am-12pm (4 hours).

Salary - $65,000 - 75,000 DOE

Responsibilities of the Billing Coordinator/Vantagepoint Operator:

·Must have experience with Deltek’s Vantagepoint or Vision ERP

·Must be highly skilled in the fundamentals of Project Management

·Participation in the supervision of a program or project

·You will be reporting to the Controller.

Requirements of the Billing Coordinator/Vantagepoint Operator:

·Deltek’s Vantagepoint or Vision ERP experience required

·Minimum 4 years of experience in billing and accounts receivables

·4-year degree preferred in Accounting, Finance or Business Management

·Able to meet deadlines with various projects in a high-pressured environment

·Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·Highly detail oriented
