Job Description
The Learning Partner on the Associate and Organizational Development team in Consulting is responsible for maintaining and enhancing course content, as well as, delivery of Consulting Academy and End User Foundations. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Healthcare Acumen, the Consulting Organization, and a broad knowledge of front-end solution model workflows. The educator must have excellent presentation, facilitation and coaching skills and be comfortable with the application of adult learning principles with the ability to adapt to individual audience learning needs.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Cerner Millennium Front End Solution experience and/or implementation experience

Expectations:

  • Ability to facilitate for long periods of time
  • Experience with Cerner implementation projects
  • Cerner solution workflow experience
  • Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of learning activities
  • Strong understanding of healthcare strategy and operations
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills and comfortable teaching in a classroom setting
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and Cerner Wiki
