Is Educator - Radiology

Works with the Training Team to develop and conduct computer education programs to facilitate end user competence and productivity in the use of information technologies. Lead trainer for Radiant (Radiology) education and will develop and maintain course descriptions course outlines training exercises and training manuals. Assists with the class scheduling and registration process. Provides input into curriculum effectiveness and clarity. Will conduct instructor led classes a minority of the time. Must have strong facilitation skills and be adept at promoting and ensuring acceptance of new technologies. Works with eLearning Developer on developing process flows and storyboards for eLearning modules. Functions as liaison between Information Services and the clinical end user community. Assists Training Team with the Performance Gap Measurement process. Bachelors degree or Associates Degree with relevant experience.
