Beverlin runs a primary 4 Day Work Week, (M — TH) 10 hours a day , two shifts with occasional overtime as customer needs dictate. We offer a generous vacation plan and competitive benefit package. This position is on second shift which runs 4:30pm-12:30am. Initial training will take place on 1st shift.

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Attributes

• Experience in working with maintenance individuals including troubleshooting, repair, upgrade installation etc.
• Consistent attendance and employment record
• Demonstrated, strong mechanical aptitude a must
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Flexibility and adaptability - the ability to think quick on your feet
• Basic math/geometry skills including the ability to calculate tube diameters to strip width, staggered pattern spacing, etc.
• Manufacturing supervisory experience (5+ years)
• Data driven
• Ability to resolve conflicts
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft office
• Proven track record in developing people
• Love to Win, Hate to Lose

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, And Attributes

• Experience in leading technical employees
• Press experience in stamping or forming
• Six Sigma familiarity
• Start up or process launch experience, familiarity with starting up production on new products
• Servant leader with the ability to coach existing talent
• Roll forming, extrusion, or other related multi-pass processes

Minimum Qualifications

Physical: Ability to lift 50 lbs. on an infrequent basis

Education: High School Diploma or equivalency
