Work Experience: 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.

Computer Skills Basic computer skills necessary

Monitor machine operations and report any malfunctions.

Measure dimensions of finished work using calipers, height gauges and tape measures.

Possess overall knowledge and understanding of the entire production line.

As such, additional responsibilities will include:

Operate equipment on packaging lines

Maintain quality and production standards while operating equipment

Stack and un-stack cases; pack boxes.

Communicate and understand numerous product changes, boxes, labels, etc.

2+ years’ manufacturing experience operating manufacturing/production equipment; preferably manual and/or CNC machines

Experience following written work instructions and blueprints.

Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office products and ERP systems (vantage and/or E-10 preferred)

Maintain good housekeeping during all phases of production

High School or equivalent training and/or least 6 months related experience preferred

Perform machine preventative maintenance and basic mechanical duties to troubleshoot and resolve identified issues

Inspect the machine prior to operating, to ensure its maximum efficiency

Prepare mail by utilizing processing specifications installed in the machine

Audit/observe machine performance with a critical eye to reduce rejected mail

Maintain cleanliness of work area

Sets up equipment and machinery for precise forming or punching

Accurately puts sheet metal into the machine

Visually and physically inspects product for accuracy and flaws

Preferred Education, Experience And Skills

One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

EDUCATION EXPEREINCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)

Intermediate level of computer/technological skills

Perform necessary sanitation duties as required to get the stem back up and running in a set time period.

May use solvents when cleaning; oils during lubrication; and alcohol or alcohol replacement during upkeep and operation of unit.

Physically capable of lifting up to 30 lbs. Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise at varying levels (hearing protection provided).

2.5 years of experience in an industrial setting operating semi automatic machinery such as PLC or CNC machines

Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 03:00pm to 11:00pm )

CNC Machine Operator - producing sprockets & gears.

Install, align, and lock dies, punches, blades, or other machine fixtures to assure safe operation of the machine.

Check final products for any machine-related mistakes or flaws.

Minimum of six (6) months of experience in a manufacturing setting

Minimum of one year of machining experience

Set up and running of all Roll-forming Mills

Primary adherence to the Quality Control Program

Eaton’s EPG BLD BLine Division division is currently seeking a Machine Operator (Roller Mill) 2nd.

Experience measuring for proper alignment requirements using a ruler

Knowledge of and experience operating a bagging machine and producing a quality product in a team-based environment

To successfully meet all background check requirements

Supply the scale with intermediate components and bagging materials (film) to keep the machine running properly

Operate the bagging machine with minimal waste to finished products and packaging materials

Perform quality assurance checks throughout the day, inspecting for packaging defects, material defects and quality

Must train for 1st week 2:30pm-11pm

Operate production equipment and machinery to manufacture fuel lines

Perform quality inspections on products and test for defects

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include

Ensures the settings of the machine are correct based on the type of product.

Lifting up to 55 lbs.

Inspect the meat after processing to ensure the quality of the meat is being met per customer specifications.

Check temperature of the meat before use.

Communicate with Drivers, Supervisor or designated person to ensure that a constant flow of supplies is there at all times.

Experience with reading inspection gages including micrometers is beneficial.

Set-up, adjust, and operate equipment to produce parts to print specifications.

Use a hoist or lift truck to move parts as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Must be able to read blue prints, understand basic math, and have the ability to problem solve.

Plus, earn an additional $1.50/hour for working 2nd or 3rd shift.
