At least 5 years in food and beverage restaurant management preferred

Manage beverage program. Develop cocktail menus, recipes, menu costs

Monthly inventory, menu updates, cooler and liquor room organization, staff training, menu education

Consistently train associates on newest product and service knowledge. Hold monthly staff meetings and quarterly staff trainings

Thorough knowledge of restaurant operations including food, beverage, supervisory aspects, service techniques, and guest interaction

Offer outstanding service to our guests

Knowledge of coffee brewing and serving equipment preferred

1 previous barista/bartending experience preferred

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Responsible for proper cash handling per policies and procedures

Maintain cleanliness, service and product quality standards in accordance with standards

Experience with training, basic financial management and customer service - Proficient in general computer knowledge

Support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities

At least 2 years in food and beverage management required

In-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations

Culinary education and/or on the job training, hotel experience preferred

Manage hourly kitchen colleagues through scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, evaluating and hiring
