Word Processing Coordinator Jobs

Supports personnel data management, creating new personnel profiles, project setup and tracks onboarding issues for resolution.

High technical skills and comprehensive knowledge of preparing complex reports and cross-reference for accuracy.

Works under the functional/operational supervision of the Operational Support Team (OST) Manager.

Analyzes data gathered, develops information, organizes and documents findings of studies for review with project and program managers.

Bachelor’s degree or can substitute four (4) years’ related work experience in lieu of degree.

High school Diploma or GED Equivalent / 2 years of administrative experience.

Experience as a Team Lead,

Experience with Data Base Creation and tracking tools.

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel,

Candidate would generally have 3-6 years of directly relevant experience.

100% in office in Reston, VA

Full time hours: 8-4:30 or 8:30-5

Mid-size Engineering Services Government Contractor

● Must also be trained to proofread and edit documents for consistency, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

● Must possess an eye for design and page layout.

File storage and management both digital and hard copies

Advance skills in Microsoft Office

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Redlining documents, proof reading, preparing forms

Producing a large volume of documents for transactions

Corresponding with clients and other attorneys

Accurate typing/data entry skills; minimum 60 wpm.

2-3 years of related experience.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office with intermediate knowledge of MS Office, specifically Word and Excel.

Knowledge of AdobePro Photoshop preferred.

Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Respond to client needs on behalf of tax teams as needed to assist in time and workflow management

Tax form management, collect and process in a timely manner

Completes and manages workflow functions with the ability to expand with experience

Responds to client needs on behalf of various teams as needed to assist in time and workflow management

Proactively manage database and workflow systems to ensure accurate maintenance of client data

Track and manage tax eFile deadlines for the local office
