Starting wage is $17.00 per hour plus 5% premium for working 2nd shift.

Must be able to work 2nd shift which is 3:00pm - 11:00pm

Monitor, coordinate, manage activities for high risk psychosocial patients to ensure implementation of multiple services.

Assist in the picking and packing of customer reorders

Meet requirements for safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime as needed

Operate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and Hazardous Material requirements

Previous warehouse, retail, or customer service experience in fast-paced environments

Day shift: Corral/Trailer Loading Monday - Friday 9:45 am start time

Pay starting at $20/hour with three raises in 12 months bringing your pay to $21.20/hour

18 paid time off days and 6 company holidays per year

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Education High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience Minimum of 5 years working in warehouse environment; minimum of 2 years in supervisory/leadership role.

Conducts educational group sessions, displaying theoretical knowledge of subject matter and effective communication skills in presenting materials

Conducts individual psychotherapy sessions, displaying theoretical knowledge of psychopathology and competent treatment techniques

Conducts family therapy sessions, displaying theoretical knowledge of family therapy principals and competent treatment techniques

Conducts group therapy sessions, displaying theoretical knowledge of group therapy principals and competent group therapy technique

Displays good interviewing, diagnostic and report writing skills

Shows knowledge of referral/placement process and available community resources

Experience providing psychosocial services, both individual and group, to adult patients with cancer.

Experience in end of life care preferred.

Knowledge of cancer resources in the community.

Exceptional clinical, communication, collaborative, and organizational skills.

The Center is committed to the comprehensive care of cancer patients, from initial diagnosis through follow-up.

The worker will have responsibility for maintaining and developing additional oncology support programs. Coverage includes other oncology services.

At this time, the position is partially remote. Return to fulltime on-site presence is anticipated.
