Prepares for each live workshop experience by reviewing reporting, data, and insights.

Experienced at facilitating a group, preferred

Deepens members' understanding of behavior change techniques through authentic, personalized coaching and content creation.

Self-starter with excellent time management skills.

Certification in Health Coaching, Wellness Coaching or Bachelors’ Degree in Health Education, athletic training, or nutrition required

Reliable internet access at home and intermediate computer skills. Use of Outlook required.

Clear English communications skills, written and oral. Spanish communication skills a bonus.

Possess a working knowledge of the Transtheoretical Model of Behavioral Change for Coaching or other evidence-based coaching models.

Reliable transportation with ability to travel to various facilities as needed.
