A degree in business, marketing, or branding required or other experience/education equivalent may suffice

Create and manage a social media posting schedule.

Manage and work with other contractors such as event planners, florists, and photographers.

1-2 years of relevant brand strategy and/or integrated marketing experience

Previous brand strategy experience at a modern, high-end service-based company is a high plus

Strong communication and organizational skills

5+ years of progressive buying experience with a retailer

Experience managing Assistant and Associate Buyers

Product Development Experience in a fashion apparel category

Build an assortment that is brand appropriate

Create a balanced assortment in terms of: fashion vision, quality, fit, value, price point, style/SKU count and key item depth

One year of experience = one year of education.

Skill in operating a personal computer and utilizing relevant software.

An interest and some experience in visual communication/graphic design.

Experience developing web-based content, engagement tools, and/or social media.

Resume that includes past work experience.

Participate in researching best practices and creation of materials and supporting activities to launch and support a new Design Review Board.

Store Operations: supports the store management team by participating in daily opening/closing office procedures and other operational tasks

Insights & Feedback:provides insights related to the customer experience and communicates feedback to Visual Merchandising Manager and Store Brand Leader

Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion or Textile Design or other related experience

Assist Designer with inspiration and trend research: fabric/yarns, tears, media research

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

3+ years of experience in an administrative support role supporting Senior Leaders and/or Executives.

Interest and above-average knowledge of art, design, technology, architecture, product design and/or interior design are a huge plus.

Proficient in design software such as InDesign, as well as above-average knowledge of design/production workflows are a plus.

Ability to manage confidential information

Coordinate efforts and help maintain a clean and organized office/studio space, both physically and digitally.

Minimum Training, Education & Experience

Two years of paid urban forestry experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Prior experience in administration is beneficial, but not required

Preferred Qualifications for Education & Experience

Knowledge of urban design and planning, design principles, and innovative design practices

Knowledge of application of zoning practices and related laws, regulations, and codes

Provides guidance and training as required to less experienced designers, interns, temporary employees, etc.

Equivalent professional experience may be considered for substitution for the required degree on an exception basis.
