Ensure samples are received in a timely manner for each seasonal flow.

Keep samples organized and maintain records to track receiving information.

Communicate with Merchandising team to discuss arrivals and delays.

Build rapport with Brand MAs.

Assemble copy fact sheets using several systems.

Support the entire team with other projects.

A degree in business, marketing, or branding required or other experience/education equivalent may suffice

Create and manage a social media posting schedule.

Manage and work with other contractors such as event planners, florists, and photographers.

1-2 years of relevant brand strategy and/or integrated marketing experience

Previous brand strategy experience at a modern, high-end service-based company is a high plus

Strong communication and organizational skills
