Weekly & Monthly planning of account service and prospect sales planning is discussed with management/BD.

Continuously communicate with management regarding prospective customers, as well as current customer status

Relevant experience in the food & beverage industry, or similar trades

Higher level education is preferred, but not required

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

Work hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.

Relationship management capability and advanced consulting skills

Partner with Account Management teams and other divisions within Ecolab to solve customer challenges

Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology to ensure efficient planning as well as a tablet to perform essential job functions

Plan and manage your schedule in an independent work environment

Experience in food safety and brand standards evaluations

Teaching or coaching experience in a food related field

Current resume detailing experience and education

Issuing voluntary Hemp Extract Facility Certification.

Obtain certification by FDA through a successful certification and training audit by the FDA or delegate.

Provide technical assistance and education to all industries and the public regarding food safety regulation, compliance and enforcement.

Participate in authoring technical brochures, printed materials and media presentations to provide technical assistance and education.

Three years of experience as a Washington State Food Safety Compliance Specialist.

This position may require additional responsibilities as defined by the Director of Food Safety, Quality & Regulatory.

Must be able to complete PCQI training certification.

Demonstrated ability working with GFSI auditing requirements is desired.

Active Third-Party GFSI Auditor Certification is preferred. Those with inactive certifications will be considered.

Must have excellent technical writing, speaking, and presentation skills.

Suggest continuous improvement strategies for Food Safety Management team and ECS Crew.

Regularly audit that sanitation requirements are maintained in all areas of the facility.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in GFSI scheme environments, preferably BRC and SQF

Comprehensive knowledge of Food Safety HACCP

Ideally will have developed and implemented all paperwork and training as it relates to FSMA Regulations and SQF Code Certification.

Ability for strategic innovation thinking, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and strong communication skills required.

Assist with onsite injury management and case management

Some experience working with specification management and/or certification compliance

Needed Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Support various FSQA corporate initiatives thorough documentation, project management, trend management and dashboarding.

Support field FSQA teams during crisis management protocols

Working knowledge of regulatory, food safety, and quality systems within food manufacturing and/or QSR industry

Experience working in professional kitchens and/or analytical labs

Provide technical support to associates and management regarding food safety and occupational safety programs.

Conduct training for associates and management related to food safety and environmental health and safety.

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of experience and or specialized certification

Manage and support existing food safety programs and emerging priorities

Manage the Powered Industrial Truck training program and ensure all associates are properly certified

Lead annual GFSI recertification audits
