  • Weekly & Monthly planning of account service and prospect sales planning is discussed with management/BD.
  • Provide direct technical service to food & beverage facilities located within region/territory assigned
  • Periodically act as a company trainer for newly hired employees in a similar position
  • Complete customer maintenance and service per the Food Defense Standards and those standards set forth by the local, state, and federal government.
  • Use technical proficiency as an expert in the dairy and beverage industries to support colleagues and the overall company
  • Maintain a $M territory while continuously growing the territory with additional sales
  • Continuously communicate with management regarding prospective customers, as well as current customer status
  • Generate prospects and sales to increase/drive revenue in the territory and overall region
  • Provide a high level of customer communication as it relates to cleaning & sanitation
  • Maintain customer records in the company database
Requirements for this position include: (list education and work experience requirements):
  • Ability to communicate in large group settings
  • Mechanical skills are preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Personable with a high communication aptitude
  • Background in sales
  • Higher level education is preferred, but not required
  • Relevant experience in the food & beverage industry, or similar trades
  • Ability to travel, with overnight stays 2-3 nights per week
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
