RBTs are responsible for implementing behavior plans, collecting data, and providing feedback to the BCBA. Detailed Job Description The primary responsibility of a Registered Behavioral Technician is to provide direct behavioral services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. This includes implementing behavior plans, collecting data, and providing feedback to the BCBA. RBTs are also responsible for providing support to families and caregivers, as well as providing education and training to other professionals. Job Skills Required
